Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, innovative thinking, and in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop new clothing collections aligned with the company’s vision and target market.
Create sketches, patterns, and sample garments for production.
Research and forecast fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims.
Collaborate with the production and marketing team to ensure timely launch of new designs.
Ensure quality, fitting, and finishing standards in all garments.
Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to align design with market demand.
Maintain and update design portfolios and mood boards regularly.
