∎ Job Location: Dhaka City (i.e. Elephant Road, Moghbazar, Nawabpur, VIP Road)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch.
∎ Implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
∎ Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service.
∎ Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts and keep the business running among existing customers.
∎ Ensure Branch Productivity i.e. accountable for achieving set targets of assigned team in terms of Liabilities.
∎ Customer acquisition and relationship building.
∎ Ensure all business transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure employee productivity and engagement of the branch.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 (eight) years' working experience in leading non-life Insurance out of which 2 years as Branch In-charge in Dhaka based branch.
∎ Prior to joining the job, must submit the clearance of the previous organization.
∎ Incumbent needs to be an all-rounder-excellent relationship management skills, Team Management, sound knowledge base in General Insurance business.
∎ Smart, Team player and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office

Salary:
∎ Negotiable (monthly)
