Job Context

The job role is under the Department of Network Operations Center. In this pivotal role,

you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation and delivery of our services.

Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the continued success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.

Any Other's duties as when ordered by Management.

Sound knowledge in IP Routing (BGP, OSPF), Switching (VLAN, TRUNKING, STP, RSTP), MPLS, QoS, IPv4 and IPv6.

Logical Design & Configuring of OSPF, BGP, BGP PATH Attributes & Route Selection.

Configuring VLAN, RSTP, L2/L3.

Hands on experience with IIG / ISP service management and troubleshooting.

Collaborate closely with the customer support team to address network issues affecting customers.

Ensure timely resolution and effective communication with customers regarding network-related concerns.

Continuously monitor the health and performance of the backbone and upstream network infrastructure.

Proactively identify and address network anomalies and degradation to ensure uninterrupted service.

Generate regular reports summarizing network performance, uptime, and key performance indicators.

Provide insights and recommendations to management for network improvement and expansion.
