Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor bookings and amend them whenever required (f.i. de/increase
∎ Equipment, amend equipment etc. Keeping all relevant internal- and
∎ External parties informed.
∎ Provide 100 % correct booking confirmations to customers
∎ Ability to handle a proper administration (shipment files as well as email files)
∎ Pro-active/meticulous and timely work attitude

∎ Must have excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.
∎ Proficient in E-mail & Internet Browsing
∎ Decision Making Skills
∎ Must be physically fit

∎ Maintain regular Communication with the unit in charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Proficiency with high speed of English & Bangla typing skills.
∎ Smart phone mandatory.
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in parcel booking work.
