Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled Excel Expert to support the HR Department in data management, MIS reporting, and analysis. The candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling large datasets efficiently.

Corporate Office: [House No: 09, Road No: 14 (New), Dhanmondi, Dhaka- 1209.

Duty Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Analyze large datasets and generate accurate reports.

• Use advanced Excel formulas and functions (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, etc.).

• Create Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards for data analysis.

• Manage, update, and maintain HR databases and records.

• Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and reporting.

• Support the HR team with required data analysis and reporting.

• Salary: Negotiable as per Company Policy.
