Educational Requirements:
∎ Class VIII/SSC with competency certificate for boiler operating.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Boiler Maintenance, Boiler operater, TSD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling start and stop of the boiler.
∎ Checking all mechanical and electrical installations, water level, gas pressure, and all safety devices before starting the boiler.
∎ Checking feed water level and keep sufficient water before starting the boiler.
∎ Regular steam blow-down as per guideline.
∎ Regular checking of gas pressure, steam pressure, temperature, panel draft meter, feed water regulator, controlling system of strikers and burners that all are active in good and safe condition.
∎ Monitoring gas pressure, water level and steam pressure that all are in acceptable level.
∎ Monitoring all mechanical fittings and electrical installations that all are in good condition.
∎ Tracking leakage points and misuse options to repair and control misuse of steam.
∎ Monitoring condensed steam recovery system that the system is active properly.
∎ Start-stop, maintenance, fuel level, water level, steam pressure, temperature, electrical data, and other relevant record to keep properly.
∎ Valid Boiler license, operator competency certificate, boiler number plate, boiler name plate, relevant sign and document to keep displaying all time with the boiler.
∎ Cleaning boiler and room, doing breakdown and schedule maintenance of boiler and it’s installations timely.
∎ Keeping all equipment, devices and installations in a safe custody.
∎ Collecting and using required PPE while in the boiler room.
∎ Preventing unauthorized access in the boiler room.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work location would be at factory.
