Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent qualifications from any recognized institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works on basic HVAC network systems, including fiber optic networks and building management
∎ Communication network shooting.
∎ Performs basic electrical installation.
∎ Requires to readily use temperature and relative humidity meters, data loggers, electrical volt and amp meters;
∎ Works closely with HVAC and plumbing field technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance of
∎ HVAC and plumbing equipment;
∎ Performs minor AC and plumbing mechanical repairs;
∎ Assists other Maintenance team member when required.
∎ Assist with painting and upkeep of HVAC and plumbing equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 3-5 years' Experience in the relevant mentioned above area as BMS Technician
∎ A minimum of an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent qualifications
∎ Three (3) to five (5) years working experience in instrumentation and controls equipment systems or
∎ other related equipment
∎ Knowledge of BAC net a plus
∎ Knowledge of safe work practices
∎ Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems
∎ Must possess a valid driver's license
∎ Requires working shift
∎ Ability to read blue prints, control drawings and logic controls programming
∎ Strong electrical /electronic troubleshooting skills
∎ General understanding of the theory of VFD's
∎ Basic knowledge of NFPA codes and regulations
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
