Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and processing invoices by using hospital software
∎ Greet and welcome visitors, patients, or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Generate bills, invoices, and statements.
∎ Assist in processing payments, managing accounts receivable and reconciling financial records.
∎ Collaborate with other departments.
∎ Stay updated on industry practices and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Billing and/or Cash Counter in any Clinic or Hospital
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Must be self-Motivated, Honest, Sincere & Obedient.
∎ Must be smart, gentle have patience and smiling face.
∎ Must be able to work in a team.
∎ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone
