- যাত্রাবাড়ী,ধনিয়া,শনির আখড়া,রায়েরবাগ,মাতুয়াইল,ডেমরা এলাকার ক্যান্ডিডেট দের বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- ফিল্ড এ কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- কাজ এ আগ্রহী ও পরিশ্রমি হতে হবে।
- নিজস্ব মোটর বাইক থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
