Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Beverage Preparation: Brew and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and speciality drinks, following established recipes.
∎ Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including seasonal offerings, and be able to explain ingredients and preparation methods to customers.
∎ Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the café area clean and organized, including the workspace, equipment, and seating areas.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours. Assist with training new staff as needed.
∎ Materials Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the café is well-equipped with materials.
∎ Ensure a positive experience from order to service.
∎ Adhere to safety & health standards.
∎ Follow Cafe Amazon’s operational procedure & standards at all time.
