Banquet and or FB Operations, Food Chain shop, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Restaurant Expert
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcomes Customer by determining their coffee interests and needs.
∎ Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and promotes coffee consumption by answering customers query.
∎ Must have well knowledge about difference in coffee beans and coffee preparation machine.
∎ Must have well knowledge about how modern brewing equipment's work and about its maintenance.
∎ Well knowledge about preparing coffee drinks and different type of recipes also with their preparation techniques.
∎ Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies, pastries and cookies for coffee bar.
∎ To ensure that all hygienic requirements are properly followed.
∎ Update job knowledge by studying and participating in anything coffee related educational books, magazines, journals and opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer skills
∎ Aware and practice all restaurant rules & regulation
∎ Practice and encourage teamwork
∎ Work with high attributes of standard & quality Professionalism
∎ Willing to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software programs related to culinary industry.
∎ Must be fluent in talking Bangla and English both.
