Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily bar operations across all outlets in the resort, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all bar operations.
∎ Monitor bar setup, cleanliness, and ambiance to uphold five-star service standards.
∎ Curate and innovate drink menus, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits, ensuring alignment with guest preferences and market trends.
∎ Collaborate with the culinary team to design beverage pairings for events and dining experiences.
∎ Regularly update the menu to reflect seasonal and resort-themed offerings.
∎ Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure staff development.
∎ Create staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours and special events.
∎ Ensure a memorable guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
∎ Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
∎ Interact with guests to promote bar offerings and gather insights for improvement.
∎ Prepare and manage bar budgets, ensuring cost controls and profitability.
∎ Monitor daily sales, track performance metrics, and prepare financial reports.
∎ Manage inventory, control wastage, and prevent stock shortages.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local laws and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
∎ Maintain health and safety standards, including hygiene, sanitation, and fire safety procedures.
∎ Plan and execute bar-related promotions, themed nights, and events to drive guest engagement.
∎ Collaborate with the F&B and events teams to ensure seamless integration of bar services during resort functions.
