Responsibilities & Context:
Expense Recording: Maintain a daily physical or digital logbook of all cash/credit transactions for kitchen supplies, ensuring accurate data entry
Authentic Cooking: Prepare and cook a wide variety of traditional Bangla dishes (including various Bhortas, Fish curries, Biryanis, Meat dishes, and lentils) ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
Invoice & Receipt Management: Collect, organize, and submit all vendor memos, cash memos, and receipts daily to the management.
