• Responsibilities:

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings for a variety of bakery items.

• Bake breads, cakes, pastries, biscuits, and desserts to the highest standards.

• Maintain recipe consistency and product quality across all bakery items.

• Manage ingredient inventory, ordering, and stock to ensure smooth production.

• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Develop and innovate new bakery items to enhance the menu.

• Control production costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Incharge or Hon’ble Management Authority.
