• Key Requirements:
• Proven backend development experience (3+ years), preferably supporting Flutter mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Dart (for backend with Dart Frog or Aqueduct frameworks), Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with Flutter architecture and mobile app development workflows to better collaborate with frontend teams.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and security best practices for backend systems.
• Experience integrating gamification features into backend logic is a plus.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as Firebase, AWS, or Google Cloud for backend deployment and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Good communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Job Summary :

Talent Centric Limited is hiring for EZTrainz (a concern of Talent Centric) a skilled and innovative Backend Developer (Flutter) to design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure powering our Flutter-based mobile applications. This role will focus on building robust, scalable backend services that support seamless access to our e-learning platforms, including integration of gamification features to enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services that support EZTrainz’s Flutter mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Collaborate closely with frontend Flutter developers to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance between client and server-side components.
• Implement gamification functionalities within the backend, such as points, badges, leaderboards, and progress tracking, to enhance learner motivation and interactivity.
• Develop, optimize, and secure RESTful APIs and other backend endpoints to handle course content delivery, user authentication, and data synchronization.
• Manage database schema design, queries, and migrations, ensuring data integrity and efficient access patterns.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of backend services to protect user data and provide a reliable user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing backend systems and services as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers, content creators, business development, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with backend technologies, cloud platforms, and best practices to continuously evolve EZTrainz’s backend architecture.
• Document backend development processes, API specifications, and maintenance procedures.
