Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date; planning future capacity requirements; producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Work with the Category Team to set order point & target stock levels.
∎ Receive products from Suppliers or Warehouse as per product specification.
∎ Performing PR, GR, Product Returns etc. on SAP System on time.
∎ Oversee stock control and process of orders; ensuring receiving of quality products based on Agora set parameters.
∎ Assist in planning delivery schedules, product availability, promotional activities, price changes & product tagging etc.
∎ Maintaining specified highest standard of in-store hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and health and safety procedure at all time.
∎ Ensuring that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed both with regards to personal safety and safety of inventory.
∎ Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of QMS processes and procedures.
∎ Train and mentor subordinates to understand QMS processes and procedures.
