Job Nature: Full Time for Night Shift.
Receiving Inbound calls and calling outbound calls.
Make the stable communication between US and local office
Determines call center operational strategies.
Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction.
Maintains and improves call center operations by a monitoring system.
Accomplishes organization goals
