Job Context:
∎ International Inbound / Outbound Customer and Employees official services for USA office. (USA Back office Support)
∎ "Please do not apply if you cannot work at Night Shift."
∎ Job Nature: Full Time for Night Shift.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the ability to manage the team and the achieved the objective of the management.
∎ Take the orders from the US clients and complete the required task.
∎ Make the stable communication between US and local office.
∎ Have the ability to manage the team members.
∎ Determines call center operational strategies.
∎ Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction.
∎ Maintains and improves call center operations by a monitoring system.
∎ Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Must be Computer Literate.
∎ Punctual and honest in manner.
∎ Need to work at Night shift / time.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Willing to work at night shift.
∎ Fluent English communication
