Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuously innovative and come up with solutions (Smart Apps/Systems) to transform the Sales and business processes from traditional way to the Digital era to enhance productivity and ensure efficiency
∎ Lead sales project initiatives in collaboration with IT to ensure development and implementation
∎ Innovate the scopes of changing customer journey and user interfaces to simplify processes so that it is easy to understand, looks aesthetic, and interesting which will ensure better user experience and engagement of users for all the existing and upcoming App
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the scope and limitations of the Development Project by performing initial requirement analysis and structuring the requirements
∎ Devise and finalize solutions for IT and support IT in system analysis and design
∎ Ensure faster resolution for the user group for uninterrupted business
∎ Participate and perform UAT throughout the development of the solution to ensure the desired outcome is delivered through the developed solution
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years of telecom experience in a relevant field
∎ Strong enthusiasm on technological advancement, and understanding of features of the available and upcoming solution that has a positive impact on sales processes and productivity.
∎ Keen to Analyze Industry practices
∎ Basic knowledge of SDLC (System development lifecycle).
∎ Thorough knowledge of operations management
∎ Strong knowhow of Sales and Distribution
∎ Thorough understanding of commercial aspects, macro market dynamics, and industry knowledge
∎ Thorough understanding of Information Management systems
∎ Practical experience in the development of App-based solutions with expertise in UX/UI
∎ Project management skills and Leading a group of people
∎ Ability to moderate FGD, Research mindset
