Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create a dealer channel strategy and execute the plan to ensure the ROI &business growth.
∎ Develop and execute business strategies to streamline business processes.
∎ Maintain a strong and meaningful relationship with dealers to ensure businesssuccess with proper compliance.
∎ Planning & proper sales execution to meet organizational sales target.
∎ Conducting training session for dealers about the products knowledge.
∎ Visit Dealer point and solve trade queries and problems.
∎ Motivate and direct to the Territory Executive to meet the business target andensure their growth.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
