Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the travel industry and online travel platforms.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Fluency in English & Bengali.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, corporations, and other relevant organizations.
∎ Manage and nurture existing B2B relationships to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals.
∎ Provide training and support to partners on our products and services.
∎ Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.
∎ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
