Job Context:
∎ Come work at Brick Line Technology Limited, a leading tech firm in our IT industry. We have a very successful market growth in the US and we are working our way through to develop IT enabled solutions in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
∎ Our product, Mouchak, is an e-learning software where we sell classroom management solutions to educators, institutions, trainers, instructors, etc. We sell subscriptions to our corporate clients as part of the selling process.
∎ As a startup, we are planning to grow and we need someone with sales expertise in b2b and can work together with the team to hit the KPI. The KPI is really important as you have to hit 10,000 subscriptions sold within the first 3 months of recruitment.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. The KPI 10000 subscriptions in 3 months.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
∎ Identify and generate business opportunities for the company
∎ Nurture Corporate clients, Activate Corporate Clients and maintain sustainable relationships with them.
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (your achievements talk itself)
∎ You have the mentality to earn more out of your salary through commissions/ incentive
∎ Proven experience in successfully leading
∎ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT. 50k-80k / Month (Deserving Candidates will be offered max)
∎ 2 Festivals Bonus Annually
∎ Incentive (Very Aggressive Sales Commission). You can earn more, the more conversions you make. As simple as that. It comes with both acquisition and retention of clients.
