Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional English communication skills, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and will be a key player in our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential B2B clients in the US who require web design, SEO, and AI automation services.
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms.
Create and deliver personalized video audits and presentations to showcase our value proposition to prospective clients.
Conduct discovery calls and online meetings to understand client needs and present our services confidently and persuasively.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing all communications and follow-ups from initial contact to closing the deal.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional English Fluency: Near-native or business-level proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory. You must be able to lead client meetings with complete confidence.
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the IT, software, or digital marketing industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are essential for this role.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A proactive and independent worker who is focused on achieving sales goals.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and conducting online meetings via Zoom/Google Meet.
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience selling digital services (Web Design, SEO) to international clients.
Experience with modern lead generation techniques, including using tools like Google Maps and industry directories.
