Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and develop the technical teams to meet business and production objectives.
Design and execute technical strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
Oversee pattern making, sample development, and production engineering processes.
Establish and enforce SOPs and quality control systems across all departments.
Provide technical guidance on machinery, processes, and attachments to improve productivity.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure continuous process improvement.
Drive implementation of modern technologies and lean manufacturing practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product specifications and delivery targets.
