Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct ad hoc walkthroughs from time to time in the factory premises with a view to monitoring safety procedures & customer quality standards.
∎ Keep under constant review the performance of all site facilities and utilities by providing guidance to ensure the smooth and cost-effective functioning.
∎ Experience with products of Blazer, Jacket, Trouser (5 Pocket/Chino), Dress, Blouse & Jumpsuit for Knit & woven fabrications.
∎ New project initiatives, capacity utilization and increased plan, Man power planning.
∎ Ensure the sustaining systems are in place and benchmark organizations and build peer to peer learning network.
∎ Drive all cluster plants to achieve Lean phases according to the calibration tool.
∎ Take direction from company strategies and deploy all plants through.
∎ Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.
∎ Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.
∎ To ensure consistent monitoring of day to day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.
