Job Context:
∎ We are a leading stock brokerage (TREC Holder of DSE) and a sister concern of Sterling Group is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manger and Senior Manager to enhance its client`s service
∎ Coordinate trade order execution for Domestic and Foreign Clients. Candidates must meet business targets according to the present market insights and analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhancing clients' portfolio & business growth efficiently
∎ Buy & sell order execution for Domestic and Foreign Clients;
∎ Sound knowledge on DSE-FlexTP trading system;
∎ Setting Buy & Sell limit according to the cash limit
∎ To have sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other concern regulatory in the capital market i.e, DSE, CSE, CDBL, BSEC, BB etc
∎ Ensure all compliance with all applicable laws and all company policies
∎ Build and maintained long-term relationship with clients & stake holders, providing ongoing support & guidance
∎ Present market insights and appropriate analysis to clients and the management
∎ Undertake marketing efforts and procure business in portfolio management services.
∎ Attaining required target set by the management.
∎ Any other job assigns by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should have updated Authorized Representative Certificate
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Committed to maintaining compliance with both external & internal regulations.
∎ Having sound knowledge about on Stock-Dealer, Stock-Broker, Authorized Representative Regulation- 2000 of BSEC
∎ Should have its own client base with a large fund to boost the trade volume of the company.
∎ Business networking skill
∎ Non-experience cannot apply
