Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an annual audit plan, including risk assessment and audit scope.
∎ Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, software development processes, and financial transactions.
∎ Perform substantive and compliance testing to verify the accuracy of financial and operational data.
∎ Identify potential areas of risk and vulnerability in software development projects and financial activities.
∎ Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
∎ Recommend improvements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
∎ Assist in the implementation of approved process enhancements.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards in Bangladesh.
∎ Prepare reports on compliance status and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
∎ Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies accordingly.
∎ Maintain accurate and comprehensive audit documentation, including working papers and findings.
∎ Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized audit reports for management and stakeholders.
∎ Present audit results and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls to safeguard company assets and data.
∎ Investigate any suspected fraud, irregularities, or non-compliance issues.
∎ Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection measures.
∎ Collaborate with software development, finance, and other departments to gather information and provide support during audits.
∎ Provide guidance and training to employees on audit-related matters.
∎ Stay updated on industry best practices, audit methodologies, and emerging trends.
∎ Participate in relevant training and professional development activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
