∎ MBA or BBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university
∎ Candidates with CA(CC) partly qualified FCMA/ will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to supreme authority for audit of accounts and finance.
∎ To review monthly and yearly financial statements.
∎ Checking bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Responsible to ensure the authenticity of daily cash & bank transactions against prior approval, posting to software, review bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
∎ Responsible for Cheque management.
∎ Responsible for recover dues.
∎ Responsible for minimize over expenditures.
∎ Performing surprise cash counting at monthly basis.
∎ Ensure compliance relating to internal control, Tax and VAT.
∎ To deal with tax consultant for submission company assessment file.
∎ Develop financial budget and budgetary control procedures.
∎ Responsible for monitoring and analysis budget variance.
∎ Reviewing salary payment process at monthly basis.
∎ Preparing analytical plans to conduct audit.
∎ To monitor the activities and operation of accounts team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently and in a matrix and remote environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including courage and dealing with ambiguity.
∎ Strong report writing skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving ability.
∎ Self-initiated, independent and able to meet tight schedules.
∎ Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with teammates and all levels of staff members from various business units.
∎ work with honesty and integrity.
∎ Willingness to travel
∎ Fluent in writing and speaking in English.
∎ Experience in using data analytics tools and techniques is prefer.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
