Qualifications:
Bachelor`s Degree in Audio Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in AV project management, with a proven record in successful AV installations, systems integration, or live event management
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in managing and troubleshooting AV systems, with a keen aptitude for learning new technologies.
Broad experience with collaboration and conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and familiarity with AV over IP solutions like Crestron NVX.
Strong foundation in IT and network principles, capable of navigating complex setups and integrating AV with existing infrastructures.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing project requirements.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with team members and clients alike.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work within tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, configuration, and operation of AV and digital signage systems, ensuring quality and project compliance.
- Provide expertise in audio, video, digital signage, LED displays, and lighting solutions to meet client objectives.
- Act as the primary technical contact, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT support for AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct pre-and post-installation checks and configurations for seamless delivery.
