Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximize the sales volume by implementing business plan.
∎ Conduct market study, identify the future scopes and develop business plan.
∎ Identify and communicate with the potential clients.
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain the assign target to get expected result.
∎ Manage a sales team by providing leadership and training.
∎ Set individuals sales targets for sales team.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience in the field of Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
∎ Should have Leadership quality and capability.
∎ Should have the capability to work as a team.
∎ Should have strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under stress.
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft office (MS Word & MS Excel in particulars) is essential.
