Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline but relevant education background will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales and marketing of construction chemicals.
∎ To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Providing technical and product advice to customers on suitable products which will drive their project and investment plans and improve their production.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Review the market environment on Ready Mix for Construction, and take course corrective measures promptly.
∎ Coordinate with logistic to ensure timely delivery of goods to customer.
∎ Prepare proposals and price quotations.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years particularly at least 03 years experience required on Chemical Marketing (Especially chemicals for ready Mix concrete).
∎ Age limit: Maximum 45 years.
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
∎ Fast learner and passion for Marketing & sales.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft Office.
