• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cosmetics marketing, Cosmetics Toiletries Personal Care Sales·      

• Strongly monitor daily activity & productivity of ASM, TSO and Sales Officer (SO), so that each individual spends full day in the market from first outlet to last outlet and achieve daily IMS Plan.
• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Plan, Primary & IMS of Area Business. 
• Ensure Market Execution & Trade Schemes and all company resources are utilized in the Market as per Company Guideline.
• Strongly Monitor & Achieve Distribution Metrics; Productivity, Key Performance Indicator, new outlet expansion & drive for monthly focus brands.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company`s business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.  
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Manage and monitor the marketing and sales team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.·        
• Visit to Distributor`s point as per Tour plan, monitor the activities of Distributor·        
• Monitoring competitor activities and innovate ideas effective counter measures.
• Monitoring the team`s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
