Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed university, preferably from BUTEX, AUST
∎ Skills Required: Must be Skilled in MS office applications
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of fabric/trims in coordination with the supply chain
∎ Sample coordination from the sampling department
∎ Good knowledge of denim wash
∎ Knowledge of basic costing
∎ Ability to handle a team of product development people
∎ Needs to attend meetings and presentations
∎ Should be very good in file keeping with archiving, right from buyer inquiry to fabric & trims
∎ Archiving garments and fabrics in the design showroom with proper tags and quality ref
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Product Knowledge – Woven(Denim Tops & Bottoms), Twill, Viscos, Linen & many others.
∎ Must possess a strong interest in building a career in Product development
∎ At least 2 years of experience working with buyers H&M, and Walmart.
∎ Good knowledge about product development from tech pack
∎ Strong verbal and written English communication, preferred
∎ Strong technical background
∎ Interest to work in a challenging and fast-growing industry
∎ Ability to fluently communicate with foreign buyers
∎ Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and creative skills
