Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Program and monitor setters & hatchers.
∎ Schedule egg setting to match weekly placement plans.
∎ Conduct flock‑specific hatchability forecasts; adjust parameters accordingly.
∎ Perform candling, transfer and chick pulling.
∎ Supervise pull‑out, sexing, vaccination, grading, and count verification.
∎ Implement entry protocols, vehicle washes, downtime rules.
∎ Oversee cleaning & fumigation of machines, trays, rooms, chick boxes.
∎ Plan rosters for setting, transfer, and pull days.
∎ Maintain accurate records: egg receipt, hatch results, temperature/humidity charts, cull causes, vaccine usage, downtime.
∎ Issue daily, weekly, and flock‑closing reports.
∎ Monitor usage of disinfectants, vaccines, chick boxes, gas/diesel; flag variances.
∎ Minimize reject eggs and energy wastage through process refinement.
