Knowledge about Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on chiller plant.
Diagnose malfunctions in chiller systems and identify necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Overhauling Centrifugal and Screw type compressor as per the requirement.
Operation and maintenance of other HVAC equipment like AHU, Dehumidifiers, Cooling towers, Hot water boiler etc.
Chemical Descaling of condenser/evaporator tubes of a water-cooled chiller.
Supervise or assist in the installation of new chiller units and upgrade existing systems.
