Professional Requirements: The candidate should have basic knowledge in apparel merchandising & manufacturing process. Must be capable to handle various suppliers regularly. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment. Must have skills in examining and establishing proper merchandising operations and procedures. Good understanding of marketing and merchandising aspects. Basic proficiency on development process like; sample development, CAD etc. Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials, booking and delivery. Liaison with Commercial Team about documents, undertakes formalities and update line managers. Should be a team player to express performances within a vast working platform of 100 lines factory. Working experience with European/Australian market is a plus but not mandatory but s/he “Must have merchandising related first-hand experiences”.
