∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Non-Smoker, Basic computer knowledge, Fluent in English
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination with the sourcing team on quality inspection for frozen food.
∎ Laboratory test and declare the quality standards for different frozen items.
∎ Ensure Microbiological quality of Raw materials, Process materials, Packing materials & finished Product.
∎ Identification of Salmonella, Total coliform, Fecal coliform, Fungi (Yeast , Mould ), Total aerobic bacteria & other organism in different foods item & Raw chicken.
∎ Preparing necessary validation and providing food hygiene lab support as per GLP·
∎ Performing Microbial culture test (Raw materials, process materials & finished products.)·
∎ Examine physiological, morphological, and cultural characteristics, using microscope, to identify and classify microorganisms in human, water, and food specimens.·
∎ Research micro-organisms in food in order to prevent food-borne disease and illness.
∎ Ensure over all hygienic condition of the factory.
∎ Others relevant assign job from management
