Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology Nutrition Food Science and Technology
∎ Skills Required: professional experience specially in Frozen Food RD

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with the sourcing team on quality inspection for frozen food.
∎ Having enough knowledge of various frozen item.
∎ Laboratory test and declare the quality standards for different frozen items.
∎ Ensure Microbiological quality of Raw materials, Process materials, Packing materials & finished Product.
∎ Identification of Salmonella, Total coliform, Fecal coliform ,Fungi (Yeast , Mould ), Total aerobic bacteria & other organism in different foods item & Raw chicken.
∎ Preparing necessary validation and providing food hygiene lab support as per GLP
∎ Performing Microbial culture test (Raw materials, process materials & finished products.)
∎ Examine physiological, morphological, and cultural characteristics, using microscope, to identify and classify microorganisms in human, water, and food specimens.
∎ Research micro-organisms in food in order to prevent food-borne disease and illness.
∎ Ensure over all hygienic condition of the factory
∎ Others relevant assign job from management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Non-Smoker, Basic computer knowledge, Fluent in English

Salary: Negotiable
