• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum Graduation or equivalent.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Airline, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Supply Chain

• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in off-dock, logistics, freight forwarding, and shipping. Anyone from off-dock industries is to be given priority in recruitment. An experienced person may offer an Assistant Manager and above.
• Solid understanding of local and regional logistics and supply chain operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
• Capable of communicating (mail correspondence) with customers independently.

• Identify and pursue business opportunities for Off-Dock Logistics services.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the timely delivery of services.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit periodic performance and pipeline reports to the senior management.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive positioning.
