Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Preferably in Food Engineering, Food Science, Fisheries
∎ Skills Required: Frozen foods process, Microbiology, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fisheries, Food Technologist, Microbiology, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Fisheries, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quality inspection of every batch of Raw and Finished Products.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Files, records and documentation of quality control and assurance.
∎ Prepare necessary documents and getting certificates for exports.
∎ Keep liaison with different Certification body.
∎ Stuff training based on Quality assurance, HACCP, GMP, GHP, Food safety.
∎ Planning and evaluation of HACCP, GMP, QMS, FSMS.
∎ Microbiology lab test, R&D and Lab test of finished products.
∎ ISO 9001:2015 incorporation with Quality Management system.
∎ ISO 22000:2018 incorporation with FSSC.
∎ Facing national and international audit (FSA, FDA & QSA).
∎ Production flow chart and CCP, OPRP, PRP identification & monitoring.
∎ Pest Control Management (monitoring & documentation).
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame.
∎ Sound Knowledge on HACCP, GMP, GHP, Food safety, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018.
∎ Should have knowledge of Microbiology test and other lab test for food products.
∎ Experience in Frozen Food, Process Fish Industry will be given preference.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
