Responsibilities & Context:
Preparation of Production Report & Others (Analyze production reports and other related operational reports, analyze variances vs. budget or forecast).
Gather Financial Data & Related Information (General ledgers, cash summaries, and relevant financial documents for Factory).
Internal Controls & Documentation.
Perform Analytical Checks (Growth percentage, expense vs. revenue ratios, vertical analysis).
Voucher Checking.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support.
Monthly Budget Variance Report.
Conduct Monthly Physical Inventory Count.
Check all Kinds of Bill and Voucher.
Forecasted Vs Actual Cash Flow Variance Report.
Monthly Inter factory reconciliation.
