Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design strategy and set goals for growth.
∎ Control budgets and optimize expenses.
∎ Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
∎ Coordinating and optimizing operations activities.
∎ Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
∎ Taking reservations.
∎ Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.
∎ Ensure the total area of resort and party centre is clean and tidy.
∎ Establishing and maintaining policies and protocols.
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
∎ Closely follow-up on all business leads within a 24 hours response timeline to clients.
∎ Maintain and operate company website and other promotional social pages like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
∎ Selected candidate will have to stay in the project. Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.
∎ Any Other Task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Convention center, Resort, Restaurant, Party Centre.
∎ Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role.
∎ Experience in planning and budgeting.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Problem-solving aptitude.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondence both in written & oral forms.
∎ Excellent skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Skilled in data analysis and report preparation and presentation.
∎ Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, innovative, and overall leadership capabilities required.
