Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Husbandry, Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Computer skill, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Excellent communication skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Annual Business Plan..
∎ Pond management and its’ utilization.
∎ Brood management.
∎ Hatchery maintenance.
∎ Nursery fries’ management.
∎ Fish culture management.
∎ Preparing feed composition and ensuring feeding.
∎ Preparing compost composition and its’ implementation.
∎ Fisheries field work management & labor management.
∎ Regular liaison with BFRI and related stakeholders.
∎ Train up and motivate field level employees of fisheries.
∎ Introduce new techniques or technologies regarding fisheries to optimized
∎ Periodical sampling and water quality measurement.
∎ Inventory management of fisheries (Fish/spawn/fries/feed/fertilizer/medicine etc.)
∎ Update of MIS report of fisheries.
∎ Preparing sales plan and market survey.
∎ After sales service.
∎ Promote , Poultry, Fish Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.
∎ Motivate and inspire the sales team to get the work done.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the farmers and dealers regarding sales.
∎ Development of new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with Farmers and Dealers.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards the head of the department.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market for, Fish &Poultry Feed sales.
∎ Visit different areas of Poultry, Fish Feed markets frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan in line with yearly marketing plan, product performance and competitor's activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
∎ Monitor product-wise daily performance.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting, conference & scientific seminars.
∎ Assist the sales team to meet the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Maximizing the target customer awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Identify the competitive situation and market variables in the field of veterinary products.
∎ Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
