∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Age Relaxed
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Hospital /Pharmaceuticals/Diagnostic sales & marketing for 3 to 5 years & manage a team of marketing.
∎ To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital/ Diagnostic brand.
∎ To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital/Diagnostic namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proofreading etc.
∎ To plan various activities as per the phase-wise Marketing Strategic plans.
∎ To execute the various activities planned as per the phase-wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Free Medical Camps, and Patient Education Program Etc.
∎ To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital/Diagnostic.
∎ To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
∎ Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
∎ Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
∎ Age may be relaxed for higher qualified and experienced in Hospital/Diagnostic/ Sales & Marketing
∎ Need the can do mentality & have to visit hospital or doctor chamber
∎ Need to achieve sales target set by management.
∎ Ability to lead a team of number of people
∎ Proper knowledge about Bangladesh Hospital/Diagnostic Industries.
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
∎ Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) & internet conversant.
∎ Young/Fresher brilliant marketing minds are also highly encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 23000 - 35000 (Monthly)
