Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed university or any other similar degree with no third division/class or CGPA not below 2.5
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred
∎ Any training on HRM, compliance, labour Law, environmental compliance etc. will be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform day-to-day HR functions that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, legal affairs, handling staff database-file info, keep attendance record
∎ To arrange, conduct & process manpower recruitment & selection as per policy & procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed
∎ Conduct the orientation & awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid, policies, procedures and discipline
∎ To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
∎ Assist department head in all HR activities of the company
∎ Look after employee welfare and arrange different employee engagement program, handle disciplinary action and grievance
∎ Maintain different registers and service book as per labor law
∎ Different monthly report submission to management & department head
∎ Liaison with government and others organization
∎ Any other job assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with different organization
∎ Good knowledge in computer, MS-office and payroll related areas
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

Salary: Negotiable
