Responsibilities & Context:
Preparation of Monthly Financial statements.
Preparation of Production Report & Others (Analyze production reports and other related operational reports, analyze variances vs. budget or forecast).
Gather Financial Data & Related Information (General ledgers, bank statements, cash summaries, and relevant financial documents).
Internal Controls & Documentation.
Perform Analytical Checks (Growth percentage, expense vs. revenue ratios, vertical analysis).
Voucher Checking.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support.
Monthly Budget Variance Report.
Bank Reconciliation.
Conduct Monthly Physical Inventory Count.
Check all Kinds of Bill and Voucher.
Forecasted Vs Actual Cash Flow Variance Report.
Monthly Inter Company Reconciliation.
