∎ BBA/MBA in Finance and Accounting
∎ Proven working experience as Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager- finance and accounting department.
∎ Must be experienced in Accounting software like SAP, Tally, ERP etc.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ BBA/MBA in Finance and Accounting
∎ Proven working experience as Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager- finance and accounting department.
∎ Must be experienced in Accounting software like SAP, Tally, ERP etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assistance to formulate, review and align fund and financing to strategic position of group companies from ST to LT horizon (3, 5 and 10 years)
∎ Prepare, review and analyze monthly/Quarterly/Semi annual/annual cash flow budget/forecast/re forecast from boarder combined level of group companies to basic individual level singleton
∎ Prepare, review and analysis CAPEX and projects
∎ Prepare and review financial position of all banking facilities including but not limited to liability statements, bank loan statements…Monitor the flow of funds and Review the cash flow requirement to ensure smooth operation
∎ Monitor, keep, propose, explore the opportunities for low costs of funding and financing with monthly analysis and review
∎ Monitor and analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports or statement
∎ Knowledge and experience in proper accounting methods, polices & principles with local and international standards
∎ Initiative and experience in co-ordination and collection of information and data with sub-section within finance and accounting and also other departments
∎ Ensure credibility of Finance department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecast.
∎ Must be experienced handling all banks correspondence, liaison and coordination with them
∎ Knowledge for personal and company bank account
