• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Special certification/degree in Real Estate Management will be preferred.

1. For this role, minimum six (06) years demonstrative work experience in reputed Real Estate Company in Bangladesh/abroad will get preference.

• Meeting individual sales target assigned that assist to achieve monthly total team sales target as well as yearly.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing & other teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to enhance sales.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of sales reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Other delegated assignments as required by the management.
