- For this role, minimum six (06) years demonstrative work experience in reputed Real Estate Company in Bangladesh/abroad will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Meeting individual sales target assigned that assist to achieve monthly total team sales target as well as yearly.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing & other teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to enhance sales.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of sales reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other delegated assignments as required by the management.
