Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Com in Accounting or Finance from reputed Public & Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Follow-up related work-
∎ a) Asking for payment from customers over phone & SMS current month.
∎ b) To asking for installment payment over phone over 30 days
∎ c) Sending reminder letter to client for installment who do not have email- id.
∎ d) Sending delay payment letter to client for overdue of installment who do not have e-mail ID.
∎ e) Preparing cancellation notice & letter taking sign of Manager, AR on it and sending the notice/letter.
∎ f) Providing accounts related information to customers over phone, Email and SMS.
∎ g) Receiving optional of projects and taking Audit clearance. Signing the optional sheet and maintaining an optional register.
∎ h) Handling and monitoring of critical clients/ defaulter clients.
∎ 2. Hand over procedures
∎ a) Preparing final account and send to audit department for final audit.
∎ b) Informing final dues with clarification over phone, e-mail and sending letter informing final dues.
∎ c) Negotiation of delay charge and caretaking charge.
∎ d) Follow-up & Collection of final dues.
∎ e) Issuing letter, send email, SMS for requesting take-over the unhanded over flat after passing notice period with final dues.
∎ 3. Loan Procedure –
∎ a) Prepare Builder’s letter for loan disbursement from financer.
∎ b) Check of TPA terms and conditions of different Financer and bank.
∎ c) Provide land document and take project approved from Bank/ Financer for customer loan.
∎ d) Prepared different type of Declaration for Loan/project approval.
∎ e) Prepared & provide different type of document for Govt. loan requirement:
∎ (i) Loan Bearing Certificate,
∎ (ii) Construction Certificate,
∎ (iii) Soil test Report,
∎ (iv) NEC ect.
∎ 4. Prepare & maintain land document file after land signing.
∎ 5. Land documents update for loan purpose.
∎ 6. Update Land Tax for loan purpose.
∎ 7. Co-ordination with customer regarding ownership transfer procedure, check ownership Deed of Agreement.
∎ 8. Co-ordination with customer regarding payment reschedule issue and negotiation with customer regarding reschedule charge. (Dhaka & CTG)
∎ 9. Carry out any other jobs assigned by superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5 years' experience in credit recovery.
∎ Experience in real estate sector will get preference.
∎ Should be able to handle client's confidently.
∎ Good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.

Salary: Negotiable
