Masters in Accounting or MBA.

Vast knowledge in operating Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in preparing annual financial statements and coordinate with the external auditor.
Maintain Mushok register - 6.1, 6.2 & 6.3
Maintain and organise all VAT, Tax Audit and financial documents in a systematic filing system (both physical & digital).
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns to the VAT authorities in compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and submit withholding tax returns and ensure proper deduction and deposit of taxes at sources.
Preparation of supporting documents for VAT surveillance audits.
Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Visit the Tax office, VAT office and other relevant offices as required.
